Title: Why Travel Sizes are Not Sustainable

Back in the day, travel sizes were used in GWPs (gift with purchase). I think Estee Lauder, herself, pioneered the gift with purchase concept. Fast forward to the present, travel sizes appear to have evolved into their own category. While standing in line at Sephora, I am surrounded by bins of travel sizes…

However, I don’t believe that travel sizes are ecologically friendly. They are small, single-use packages that are hard to recycle and because they are for short-term use are thrown away frequently.

At Restorsea, we use travel sizes to promote products that we would like our accounts to purchase. We used to give away full size products but saw that some of them ended up on reseller sites such as eBay and Amazon. We know this because the products I gave away had a code. And when we purchased these products on the reseller sites, all of them were marked with this code.

We also like to surprise and delight you, our loyal customers. This is why you when you purchase $100 or more, even when there is no offer, you will find a travel size gift from us, “just because…”

If we have excess stock of these travel sizes, we will make them available for sale on our website. However, when they are gone, they are usually not repeated as we focus on promoting other Restorsea products.

We don’t recommend purchasing the travel sizes as the travel sizes generally last for two weeks but it takes at least 8 weeks, with best results seen after 12 weeks, to experience the full effects of Restorsea. Instead, we recommend that you purchase the full-size products. If, at the end of eight week’s use, you are not completely satisfied with the results, we will refund your purchase price.

As you know, I travel a lot. I buy a package of mini-reusable bottles and jars at Walmart and fill them with my Restorsea products…

Wishing everyone a relaxing and safe Memorial Day.
