"Face yoga," a type of exercise with the promise to do for your face what yoga does for your body, is meant to tone and relax the muscles on your face.
This series of poses are easier than actual yoga poses and don't require any gym equipment to perform. One called "Surprise Me" consists of holding your face in a surprised expression with eyebrows up, a move meant to smooth your forehead. "Baby Bird," another that's meant to prevent your chin and neck sagging can be performed by throwing your head back and keeping it lifted. One of the more relaxing poses is called "Buddha Face." You close your eyes and keep your face relaxed in order to reset your face to a neutral state.
