We love summer. The frolicking in the park, the ice cold lemonade and the caftan dresses – what could be better?

½ frozen Acai smoothie packet: loaded with antioxidants, fiber and Omega fatty acids that plump and nourish the skin
1 ½ cups of coconut water: full of electrolytes to hydrate and potassium, which facilitates cellular cleansing
½ cup of unsweetened almond milk: for a nice creamy texture
½ avocado: full of beauty minerals and fiber
1 tsp. coconut oil/butter: high content of Lauric Acid, to help burn stored body fat
