We all know wearing heels all the time isn’t good for you. That sore feeling that remains after a long night in 5 inch heels is just the beginning. So what’s really so bad?
Long-term heel wearing can shift the original and natural locations of your muscles and tendons, causing extra strain. Additionally, heels put an immense amount of pressure on your knees, which can lead to arthritis pain in the future. We could never give up our heels, but we will make sure to strut in moderation.
