I love a good stretch, but sweaty spaces aren’t exactly my scene (I like things to be clean and pretty!).

Fortunately the new luxurious Bikram Yoga Herald Square is a fantastically well-kept environment to get my yoga on.

Combining green technology and great design, the 5,000 square foot studio features reclaimed wood from old barns in Kentucky, advanced heating and fresh air systems to maintain a controlled environment and sensors to monitor oxygen levels.

Even better, the studio's flooring was built with closed cell technology. Germs, bacteria and odor cannot penetrate the surface. It is slip resistant, stain resistant, and 100% waterproof, as well as firm and extremely comfortable.

Who knew controlling your body could be so...controlled?
