It seems that exercising in water is all the rage now. And why shouldn’t it since water prevents soreness and joint pain as well as increases blood flow?

Remember a few months ago when I told you how excited I was to try Aquacycling? Well now there is a new wet workout that seems just as promising (if not a little bit more).

Aqualillies is a professional group of synchronized swimmers that offer group fitness classes in major U.S. cities (available in LA now, but expanding to NY, Miami and SF soon).

There are three different levels to help refine balance, athleticism and grace. Plus, what a great excuse to have to buy a new swimsuit!
