Q: Patti, I wanted to let you know that my latest jar of Revitalizing Eye Cream had a huge air bubble in it.  Once the level of the cream had gotten below the threads of the jar I discovered a large void.  This resulted in the jar being roughly half full.  Where’d the rest of my cream go?

A:  Ah yes.  The air bubbles are due to the fact that the jar is angled which doesn’t allow for uniform filling.  As a result, we overfill the jars by at least 2 grams.  The product is filled by weight not volume.  So your 15 ml Eye Cream jar has at least 17 grams of product in it.
