To say that I’m not a big drinker would be an understatement.

Although, I DO love sweet concoctions and I take direction well, so when the NY Times tells me to try something, I do!

The Dead Rabbit is an old-school Irish American bar tucked into the southern-most (and perhaps most-peculiar) point of downtown Manhattan: the Financial District. But boy, do they know how to make a great punch.

Named A La Taylor, the punch features Redbreast 12-year old Irish whiskey, Assam tea and citruses such as clementines and lemons. It is simply delicious.

Check out the full recipe here and visit The Dead Rabbit in person to try it out firsthand.
