Shipping and Return Policy
Restorsea offers Free (2-Day) Expedited Shipping on all orders in the Continental United States. Please note that the 2-day refers to when the order has been shipped, not when the order has been placed. When the order is received, it may take up to 24 hours to prepare the order for shipment.
While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we highly recommend being present to receive the delivery given the high value of your order. We realize this may be inconvenient but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely. Our product needs to be stored in a cool dry place and we don’t recommend leaving it outside on your doorstep overnight.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of the USA)
Restorsea has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all shipping and billing inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex at email@example.com or (786)314-7144.
Restorsea insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. While our goal is to make sure that you receive your product in perfect condition, once the purchased goods are delivered, the responsibility for the purchased goods transfers to you. Once again, while we do not require a signature, we highly recommend someone be present to accept and receive the package.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please call Customer Service 888-785-8878 for a full refund. Customer may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant or Amazon error.All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
Instructions on how to return items:
- Visit the return center HERE to create a return merchandise authorization
- Print the returns slip and the shipping label
- Include the returns slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box
- Ship package
You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
