Shipping and Return Policy
Restorsea offers Free (2-Day) Expedited Shipping on all orders shipped within the Continental United States.
Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing.
While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we highly recommend that you be present to accept delivery given the high value of your order. We realize this may be inconvenient but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely. Our products need to be stored in a cool dry place, and we don’t recommend leaving them outside on your doorstep.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of the USA)
Restorsea has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex, to fulfill orders for our international customers.Simply place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and select “International Checkout” to complete your order. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart, where you may pay with international credit cards, PayPal or bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
Estimate 5-15 business days for delivery of your order by GlobalShopex, from the time the order is confirmed and the shipment leaves their warehouse.

We’re sorry, at this time GlobalShopex does not ship to Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq or North Korea.
Restorsea insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Our goal is to make sure that you receive your product in perfect condition. Once again, while we do not require a signature, we highly recommend someone be present to accept and receive the package.
Please note: our proprietary, active enzyme is very sensitive to heat. To ensure optimal product performance, please open your Restorsea package(s) promptly upon receipt and store products in a cool, dry place. If you receive a product that is warm to the touch or has been exposed to prolonged heat, please notify us immediately.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please call Customer Service 888-785-8878 for a full refund. Customer may return their purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant or Amazon error. All refunds go to the original purchaser.
*Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on November 1st and ends December 31st. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
Instructions on how to return items:
- Visit the return center to create a return merchandise authorization
- Print the return authorization and return shipping label
- Include the return authorization inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box
- Ship package with the carrier of your choice
You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.
