If you remember, I have a not-so-secret weakness for popcorn.

But at the same time, I can’t deny that the taste of truffles is always on my mind.

That is why when combined, I become a very, very happy lady. Below, I give you my recipe for Truffled Popcorn, my favorite comfort food.

Ingredients:

¼ cup popcorn kernels

2 tbsp. melted butter

2 tbsp. truffle oil

1 tbsp. minced parsley

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper

Directions:

1.    Prepare popcorn according to package directions

2.    Place warm popcorn in a bowl

3.    Toss with butter, truffle oil, parsley, cheese and salt and pepper for taste
