TRUE! The way you sleep does affect wrinkles. “Sleep lines” are caused by crunching your face against your pillow when sleeping on your side. The solution is simple! Sleep on your back—but if you find that to be as hard as we do, try satin pillow cases vs. cotton (as the satin will allow your face to slide more along the pillowcase), or a beauty sleep pillow to relieve the pressure on your face. But remember, hydrating your skin with intense moisturizers, such as our Rejuvenating Day Cream, will improve skin elasticity, while reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
