We know - the word “detox” is scary, conjuring images of food deprivation and sacrificing things we love. But what if we think about it differently? What if we think about detoxing more holistically, to better our bodies both inside and out? Prevention recently schooled us on how we can take simple steps to rejuvenate – our diets, our hair, our skin (hint: there’s lots of talk about exfoliation…!).
