I’m going to tell you a little secret: I actually don’t know that much about wine.

What I do know though (and what The New York Times seems to agree with me on) is that Nolita’s Pearl & Ash is the “city’s most exciting place to drink” it.

Ran by Chef Richard Kuo and Wine Director and Restorsea friend Patrick Cappiello, the new American restaurant combines downtown hipness with wines from every decade and country and overwhelmingly delicious entrées and desserts (I beg you to try their Fernet-Branca Ice Cream Sandwich).

It’s all you could want and more.
